Last week, led by a surprising change in bank shares, the market had its best week since November.  The market rose as much in 5 days as it might in some years with major indicators accumulating gains of around 10 percent.
It would appear that fears have subsided that major financial insitutions would collapse or require further government assistance to stay afloat. Investors welcomed the moderate buying and the market’s ability to hold its ground.
Several other recent rallies have ended with selloffs, which leaves us questioning, is this a bear market rally or serious reversal?
